Green Treated
Green treated pallets are wooden pallets that have been treated with a copper-based solution called PQ8, a fungicide inhibitor. These pallets are ideal for use in damp and humid environments, as well as for domestic transportation. Green treating allows them to withstand these particular conditions, whereas other pallets may deteriorate. These pallets are most commonly used in the transportation and storage of goods and materials.

Heat Treated
Heat treated pallets are wooden pallets that have been subjected to a controlled heating process in which pallets are heated to a core temperature of 132.8 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 30 minutes to achieve ISPM 15 compliance and kill any insects or fungi that may be present in the wood. These pallets are eco-friendly, safe for handling and transport, and stamped with an ISPM 15 stamp, which is required for all exports.

Kiln Dried
Kiln-dried pallets are wooden pallets that have undergone a specific drying process to achieve a moisture content between 19-12%. This reduces the risk of mold and rot formation within the pallets and also improves the overall strength and durability of the pallet. These pallets are environmentally friendly and made from sustainable materials.
Kiln dried pallets are ideal for industries that require strong, durable, and hygienic storage and transportation solutions.
